The President’s Award for the Environment
- The Office of the President of the Republic of Singapore
In recognition of CDL’s firm commitment and outstanding contributions to environmental conservation throughout the years, the Group was conferred the President’s Award for the Environment in 2007. The Award is the highest accolade in Singapore’s environment and water resources field, recognising individuals, organizations and companies which have contributed monumentally to Singapore’s efforts in achieving environmental sustainability.

Watermark Award
- Public Utilities Board (PUB)
Introduced in 2007, the Watermark Award is an award of higher recognition for Friends of Water who have made significant contributions towards Singapore’s water sustainability, raising the profile of water contributions and instilling among Singaporeans the importance of conserving, valuing and enjoying our water resource as well as demonstrating PUB’s support for efforts by the 3P (People, Private, Public) sectors to sustain Singapore’s precious water resource.

Friends of Water Award
- Public Utilities Board (PUB)
In 2006, CDL was selected to be part of PUB’s Friends of Water initiative. This accolade is in recognition of organisations that have contributed to raising awareness about water conservation and answered the call to do their part towards Singapore’s water sustainability.

Green Office Certification (2007 – 2009)
CDL is one of the first four companies to be awarded the Green Office Certification (2005 - 2007) by the Singapore Environment Council for its commitment to environmental protection at the workplace. |

Singapore Green Plan 2012 Award 2005
CDL was one of only two companies to be awarded the Singapore Green Plan 2012 Award this year. This award recognises role models of environmental protection and is presented to individuals and organizations that makes outstanding contributions towards environmental sustainability in Singapore. A total of six awards were given out by the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources.

Singapore Environmental Achievement Award (Local Services Category) 2004
 CDL has been conferred the Singapore Environmental Achievement Award (SEAA) 2004 under the Local Services Category. The SEAA was established by the Singapore Environment Council to inspire locally based organisations to become more environmentally and socially responsible. Being the only local award that addresses overall environmental initiatives and awareness within an organisation, the SEAA is the most prestigious environmental award in Singapore.

PR Merit Award for the Environment (PRISM Awards 2002)
CDL won the Merit Award for Best Public Relations Work for the Environment at the PR in the Service of Mankind (PRISM) Awards 2002. The biennial award recognised CDL's extensive PR Eco-Campaign over the last two years, which included CDL's seminal Shop & Conserve Programme, Singapore Green Map, Nature Series Corporate Calendars and other eco-friendly initiatives.

Green Leaf Award 2000
 CDL clinched the Green Leaf Award 2000. Organised by the Ministry of Environment, this annual award recognizes companies with outstanding contribution and commitment to environmental conservation and protection in Singapore.
CDL won the award, among many reasons, for being the first developer in Singapore to install eco-friendly lifts and innovative pneumatic refuse collection systems in selected condominiums, and for setting aside large percentage of site area for extensive and lush greenery as well as shady and luxuriantly landscaped gardens in its projects.
