Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice, research and support for the Group's investment projects, operations, compliance and regulatory matters
- Prepare, draft and vet agreements, advice, reports, correspondence and multi-media presentation materials
- Active liaison and involvement with internal departments as well as external parties, including lawyers, joint venture partners, bankers and other consultants
Pre-requisites:
- Degree in Law preferably in corporate, commercial, real estate, banking and finance
- 1 - 3 years' working experience in a law firm or a legal advisory position in a dynamic corporate business environment or government or similar organisation preferred
- Highly organised, responsible and resourceful
