Job Description:
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
- 3 to 4 years of working experience in a medium to large organization (Preferably both in Audit and dynamic commercial environment)
- Knowledge of SAP and/or property industry preferred
- Good team player with ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Review month-end / year-end accounts and audit schedules
- Prepare cash flow projection and budget
- Liaise with Auditors and the Joint Venture parties
- Supervise a team of accounting staff
