A Customer-first Initiative
In 2003, CDL's Customer Relationship Management Initiative won the Building & Construction Authority's (BCA) Best Practice Award for effectively harnessing people resource and Information Technology to enhance customer satisfaction. This industry-first initiative was applauded for setting new standards of professionalism.
An important component of the CRM is the CDL Customer Centre which was first launched in June 2001 to serve as a physical platform for CDL to implement its customer-centric strategy. The CDL Customer Centre (CCC) houses a state-of-the-art Call Centre supported by the advanced SAP software solution, which provides links between customers and all operating departments within the group, enabling prompt action.
Located at the 20th floor of City House on Robinson Road, the CCC is dedicated to serving YOU, the customer and meeting YOUR real estate needs.
