:: LIAS Awards of Excellence 2006 - Landscape Industry Association (Singapore)

In recognition of outstanding projects and valuable contributions made by landscape contractors, designers and owners to set the benchmark for the quality of work expected from landscape professionals.

Savannah CondoPark received the Gold Award under the Implementation Projects (Residential) category.

:: Workplace Safety and Health Awards 2006 - Developer Award - Ministry of Manpower

Introduced in 2002, the Developer Award is presented to developers in recognition of their active contribution in promoting Occupational Safety Health (OSH) practices at the work-sites, and for assisting their contractors to achieve Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) excellence. CDL is the only private property developer to have received this honour.

::ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification

In 2003, CDL was the first Singapore property developer to be awarded the ISO 14001 certification by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). For our continued commitment in raising environmental standards in our projects and building high-quality homes that feature eco-friendly facilities, we have been re-awarded the ISO 14001 certification.

::FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Awards 2006

CDL is the proud recipient of two FIABCI Prix d'Excellence awards under the Residential Category for Changi Rise (1st Runner Up) and Goldenhill Villas (2nd Runner Up).

Conferred by a panel comprising the world’s top real estate professionals and experts, the prestigious FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Awards recognise projects of outstanding achievement and overall merit that best embody excellence in all the real estate disciplines involved in its creation.

:: 3rd International Federation of Landscape Architects (Eastern Region) Award for Landscape Architecture 2006

Goldenhill Park Condo won a Merit Award at the 3rd International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA). CDL is the only Singapore developer to receive this prestigious award for 2006 out of a total of six countries and 16 submitted entries. The IFLA is a global non-governmental and non-profit organisation that embodies the landscape architectural profession and provides leadership and network support for the development of the profession to contribute towards the design, conservation and management of the environment.

The RoSPA Occupational Health & Safety Awards 2006 are sponsored by NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), the leading health and safety professional examining body in the United Kingdom.
