CDL was the biggest winner at the BCA Awards 2005. It bagged 14 of the 46 awards, including 5 out of 9 gold awards given to 4 developers for the Green Mark for buildings. Launched in January 2005, the Green Mark aims to encourage developers and building owners to design and develop environment-friendly buildings.
