CDL was conferred the Building and Construction Authority ISO 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Series certification for establishing an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policy to monitor the environmental impact of our operations and improve workplace safety.

CDL was conferred the Construction 21 Best Practice Award by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiative, the first of its kind in the local real estate industry.

CDL is the first private developer to be awarded the MOM OSH Letter of Commendation for its efforts and contribution to the good safety performance of CDL development projects in Singapore
:: Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) 2003

CDL became the first private developer from Singapore to be conferred the UK's Royal Society For the Prevention of Accidents (RosPA) Silver Award for excellence in managing health and safety issues for 11 projects in 2003. Each year, more than 1000 companies from UK and around the world receive occupational awards from RosPA.

Landscape Garden Design Competition
CDL’s residential development The Equatorial cinched the 1st prize under the High Density Residential Category at the 2003 Landscape Garden Design Competition organised by the Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects (SILA). The competition judged landscape designs based on originality in design, good utilisation of space and the relationship between the site and architecture, among others. CDL also won a Merit Award for Sunshine Plaza under the Commercial Category.
